At Ivory Arch, each puppy is carefully monitored every day from the day they are born and then at 7-8 weeks of age, we do a series of temperament tests to decipher which home each puppy will be placed in based on the information you give me, conversations we may have, and an evaluation on your home and lifestyle. We do this because a puppy with a high-drive would not bode well as a family companion and a low-drive puppy would not bode well as a sport and agility prospect. This means that you do not get to pick your puppy, but we take into consideration what sex you are looking for. If we do not have a puppy available that suits your needs or the sex you want is not available to you, your deposit can be transferred to another litter. If that is the case, please be prepared to wait 6 months to 1 year for the next litter. Our priority is to ensure that our puppies are matched with the right, loving home and we hope you understand.
